This year Summer Fun in the City is being extended to Melbourne's waterfront at Docklands- including Yarra's Edge and the Waterfront City Piazza.
Gather a group of friends and enjoy an evening of music under the stars, learn some new dance moves with free dance lessons in the gardens and Waterfront City Piazza, drum up a storm at an African drumming and dancing workshop or learn the thrilling skill of the trapeze in the heart of the city.
Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the park with concerts featuring some of Melbourne’s top talent, try your hand at a range of sporting and recreational workshops or be inspired by Melbourne’s, parks, gardens and water landscape and paint your very own masterpiece.
