Sante features an international buffet of Asian and Western cuisine in a vibrant atmosphere with views over the Yarra River. Select from a wide range of dishes including soups, salads, seafood, pasta, a cavery, curry and noodles, plus a tempting range of desserts. Families are welcome to Sante, where Restaurant Manager Sammy Lee, chef Sam Kung and the team are happy to assist with any special requirements. For the grown-ups there is a relaxed bar area to unwind with friends.
