Terms and ConditionsBefore transferring your funds please be sure to read and understand our strict cancellation policy: Cancellation Policy Le Student 8 Melbourne is committed to providing quality accommodation designed to meet both short and long-term needs of tertiary students. To maintain this degree of flexibility it is important that each of our guests makes a commitment to a specific length of stay and fulfills it. With this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a license agreement. Prior To Arrival Your reservation will be made and confirmed upon receipt of your holding deposit and application fee. Should you cancel your booking longer than 10 days prior to arrival your holding deposit is refundable but your application fee will be withheld. Should you cancel your booking within 10 days of arrival neither your holding deposit or application fee is refundable. Early Termination Of Your License To Occupy Residents are required to fulfill their full financial obligation as outlined in their license to occupy agreement. Security Deposit Upon the natural termination of your license to occupy the security deposit will be refunded less a departure clean fee ($100) and any miscellaneous charges attributed to maintenance or repair costs as deemed necessary to return your apartment to an acceptable condition. |
