Short Term Accommodation5 weeks - 3 months stay | Book Now Le Student 8 Melbourne provides first class residential accommodation for students undertaking short-term ELICOS or Foundation programs. Apartments come fully furnished so it’s as easy as checking into a hotel. Category C rates include all your utilities (electricity, gas and water). These rates represent a cost per room. Rates include all monthly utility and installation charges including water, gas, electricity and telephone line rental. Accommodation in a Single Studio Room only AUD$280.00 per week | Book Now Accommodation in a Double/Twin Studio Room only AUD$350.00 per week | Book Now Booking Terms And Conditions Holding Deposit - $550.00 (AUD). Payable in advance to guarantee booking Holding deposit becomes Security Deposit Residents are also required to pay one month's occupancy fee during the check in process and prior to access being granted to an apartment. Cancellation Policy - Student Accommodation Le Student 8 Melbourne is committed to providing quality accommodation designed to meet both short and long-term needs of tertiary students. To maintain this degree of flexibility it is important that each of our guests makes a commitment to a specific length of stay and fulfills it. With this in mind, please be aware of our cancellation policy and the penalties associated with the cancellation of a booking or the early termination of a licence agreement. Prior To Arrival Your reservation will be made and confirmed upon receipt of your holding deposit. Should you cancel your booking longer than 30 days prior to arrival, your holding deposit is refundable but your application fee will be withheld. Should you cancel your booking within 30 days of arrival neither your holding deposit or application fee is refundable. Upon Arrival Should you wish to amend your departure date and effectively reduce your occupancy period from that originally reserved and confirmed, Le Student 8 Melbourne will require that you compensate for the loss of income using the following calculation. (No. of days lost X Category C Daily Rate). This transaction will take place during the check in process. Keys will not be issued until the debt is settled. Early Termination Of Your Licence To Occupy Residents are required to fulfill their full financial obligation as outlined in their licence to occupy agreement. Security Deposit Upon the natural termination of your licence to occupy the security deposit will be refunded less a departure clean fee and any miscellaneous charges attributed to maintenance or repair costs as deemed necessary to return your apartment to an acceptable condition. |
